Allan Ray Grainger
CEO/ Owner
Allan is a former homeless veteran himself. He holds both a Bachelors in Business Administration, Sociology, and Computer Science, and has a passion for helping those who need it. He has a unique knowledge of the issues facing homeless veterans, and has put together a team that shares his vision of helping those that sacrificed so much, and now are in need of assistance.
Mercedes Hill
Assistant CEO
Mercedes Hill has many years experience in Case Management, Customer Service, and an in depth knowledge of the area. She also has a Bachelor degree in Psychology. Her creative approaches to various issues ensures that the veteran achieves the highest success. She is straightforward and honest. Those qualities and more make her more than qualified to be the backbone of the organization.
CFO
Tyechia is a well rounded individual with a keen sense of finances. With her previous experiences managing finances for major corporations, her knowledge of finances and marketing makes her an asset to the team.
Transitional Housing Manager
Shannon has a heart to help those who need it. With her extensive background in customer service, and well as her management skills, she brings a well rounded dynamic to the Transitional Housing team.

We assist with locating and obtaining housing that normally you would feel that you would not be able to afford. We are also actively rebuilding our lower income communities so that everyone will have access to affordable, comfortable housing in areas where you and your children will feel safe.
